HOW TO REFER YOUR FRIENDS.

You can now introduce your friends to OMMIJ, give them €20 discount for their first ceremony or retreat and earn €20 for each friend referred by you. By clicking the “Invite Friends” button, you can refer friends to OMMIJ through your email contacts, your contacts in your messenger apps or your contacts on social networks.

We call “Referrer” each of your friends who becomes a member of OMMIJ after you introduce OMMIJ to your friend through this referral system. We call “Referrer” the user who refers friends through the referral system. The referral system allows you to create and share the referral link with your connections via an email message, a message via messenger apps (such as WhatsApp, Viber etc.) or post the referral on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and personal blogs.

You agree to use the referral system only with personal friends and not to publish or allow referrals to be published or distributed on or through methods, platforms and media that you cannot reasonably assume that all or most readers or recipients are your personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, Wikipedia).

Any contact you add to the referral system will receive an email informing them that you have referred us to them and inviting them to visit om-mij.co.uk. You are required to obtain permission from your referrers before referring them.

ELIGIBLE USERS – LIMITED TIME.

This referral programme is open to registered OMMIJ users only, for a limited time, and we may withdraw or suspend this referral programme (in whole or in part) at any time. Requirements and incentives are also subject to change at any time.

EARNING, RECEIVING AND REDEEMING LOYALTY POINTS.

First, one of your Referrals will receive 20 OMMIJ Credit Points (1 OMMIJ Credit Point = €1) for their first booking/purchase with OMMIJ.

Secondly, for every qualified purchase made by your Referrals, you, as a Referrer, will receive 20 OMMIJ Credit Points which is equivalent to an amount of €20. In total, you can earn unlimited OMMIJ Credit Points.

In addition, for every future qualifying purchase your referrals make after their first qualifying purchase, you will receive 5 OMMIJ Credit Points.

OMMIJ CREDIT POINTS.

OMMIJ offers you Credit Points (“OMMIJ Credits” or “Credits” or “OMMIJ Credit Points”), whether for the recommendation programme, for promotional purposes or otherwise, which can be used exclusively for booking and purchasing a ceremony or retreat on the OMMIJ Website. Your available Credit Balance will appear in your account. Your valid OMMIJ Credit Points can be applied to your next booking and purchase and can be viewed in your order summary after you place the order. Unless otherwise stated, OMMIJ Credits do not expire.

OMMIJ Credits only serve as an incentive to use OMMIJ and are therefore not redeemable for cash, have no cash value and are non-refundable. Once used, OMMIJ Credit Points cannot be refunded to your account even if your booking and purchase is cancelled. OMMIJ Credit Points may be subject to additional conditions and restrictions which will be communicated to you upon receipt of the Credit Points.

Credit Points may expire in case of fraud, abuse or violation of these terms and conditions. OMMIJ reserves the right to modify or cancel the OMMIJ Credit Points Programme at any time. If you or OMMIJ deactivate or suspend your OMMIJ account, all unused OMMIJ Credits in your account will expire.

QUALIFYING PURCHASE.

An eligible purchase means a successfully booked ceremony or retreat purchased by the Referral.

REFERENCES BY MULTIPLE USERS.

If your Referral was also referred by another user, you will only earn shopping credits if the Referral signs up and books/purchases a ceremony or retreat based on your referral link. If your referral uses another user’s referral link based on which they signed up and booked a ceremony or retreat, you will not receive shopping credits.

IF YOU ARE INVITED TO OMMIJ THROUGH A REFERRAL.

If you make an eligible purchase, your Referrer will receive the shopping credit in his/her OMMIJ account and we will inform your Referrer that he/she has earned this credit thanks to your purchases. However, we will not share details of your purchases with the Referrer.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS.

We reserve the right to suspend your account and remove the right to shop credit for referrals if we observe any activity that we deem violates the terms of the Referral Programme or the terms of use of OMMIJ by the referrer and/or the referrer. We reserve the right to investigate participation in the Referral Programme for any fraudulent activity and take action to terminate it. We reserve the right to modify or suspend this Referral Programme at any time without notice.
